1. General information clause regarding the processing of personal data:
a. The Jewish Culture Festival Association, i.e. the Association, is based in Krakow, at ul. Józefa 36, 31-056. We are the administrator of your personal data. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to: rodo (at) jewishfestival.pl or call us on +48 12 431 15 17.
b. We use appropriate security and procedures to keep your data safe.
c. We do not store data for longer than necessary.
d. We do not collect data that we do not need to achieve the assumed, specific purpose.
e. Providing data is always voluntary. However, their absence may prevent us from achieving the purposes for which you entrust us with your data. You can check your data, correct it, change it or delete it at any time. For this purpose, please contact the Association’s office.
f. We process personal data largely on the basis of your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) or to perform a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b – of the General Data Protection Regulation) ).
g. In case of doubt, each person may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
2. Cookies:
a. The website automatically collects only information contained in cookies.
b. Files (cookies) are text files that are stored on the website user’s end device. They are intended for using the website pages. First of all, they contain the name of the website of their origin, their unique number, and the storage time on the end device.
c. The operator of the jewishfestival.pl website is an entity that places cookies on the user’s end device and has access to them.
d. a. By subscribing to the list of recipients of our newsletter, you consent to us storing your name and e-mail address. Thanks to this, we will be able to inform you about what we are doing. We store them in our database in a safe way, and you can decide at any time to change or delete this data.
b. We use Microsoft 365 tools to collect data, while the company: Freshmail Sp. z o.o. provides us with a newsletter distribution tool.
c. We use personal data to inform and promote the activities of the Jewish Culture Festival Association in Krakow. We are allowed to do so by your informed and freely given consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
4. Social media:
a. Facebook’s privacy policy applies to our social media pages.
b. We do not use this data for any other purposes than those related to social media sites.
5. Booking forms
a. The booking site collects the necessary personal data to ensure your participation in the events we organize. For this purpose, we use the website biuletyna.pl, and the company providing us with these services collects your data, in accordance with the adopted rules of conducting sales on the Internet.
