Chag Pesach Sameach!
A koshern un freilichen Pesach!
Happy Passover!
These days, when the world is poisoned by an excess of chametz – the ferment of evil stuck within people and nations – may the Passover holiday bring us all freedom from all iniquity, relief from the fear of the future, and the hope that the dark fires of war will be consumed in the bright fires of love of our pure hearts.
Every day, we break free from the dark captivity of “Egypt”: it does not matter which path life takes us on, it always leads to the gates of Jerusalem.
Next year in Jerusalem!
!לְשָׁנָה הַבָּאָה בִּירוּשָלָיִם
The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the exiles of Israel.
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
(Ps. 147, 2-3)
