Hillel: How young Jews discover themselves, community, and Shabbat (PL)
01.01.1970 - 18:00 / Festival Tent, ul. Józefa 36
A meeting with representatives of Hillel Poland to discuss what Jewish identity means today for the younger generation in Poland. The starting point will be Shabbat, understood not only as a religious tradition, but also as a space of slowing down, being together, and building relationships in a world of constant rush and loneliness. The conversation will combine personal stories of discovering one’s roots with an attempt to answer the question of what Jewish identity means to them, what they have learned from their homes, and what they are learning on their own.
