Gates of Learning: Tradition, Debate, and the Human Role in a Changing World (EN)

01.01.1970 - 12:00 / Cafe Hafuch, ul. Józefa 25

In Jewish thought, a gate is never simply an entrance. It is where debates happen, where scholars meet, where questions are asked, and where decisions are made. The great legal and philosophical conversations of our tradition have always taken place at the threshold of ideas, not within the walls of buildings.
This class explores how Jewish law and thought have evolved through the centuries, how the sages challenged and built upon one another, and what role each person plays in shaping the world they inhabit. What does it mean to stand at the gate of a tradition and carry it forward?

Space is limited (30 people), registration required.
