Deep Listening®, developed by late composer Pauline Oliveros in the 1970s, “explores the difference between the involuntary nature of hearing and the conscious nature of listening.” Over the past years, this practice united diverse Festival participants through a series of contemplative practices. This year’s workshop aims to cultivate deeper connection through breaking bread, the ultimate symbol of community, inclusion, and peace. All welcome; drinks and snacks provided. Dara Bramson is a certified Deep Listening® facilitator and anthropologist who was based in Kraków from 2011 to 2017.
